Standard Garage Packages

A Standard Package Includes: All framing materials, engineered roof trusses, asphalt shingles, sectional steel overhead door, window, insulated walk-in door with lockset, and all hardware. Cutting and assembly is required. Concrete and light fixtures are not included. Check with your local building official prior to construction. All garages shown here have been completed with our optional upgrade packages as listed below.

Drywall Package:
Contains 1⁄2" regular drywall, screws, tape and drywall compound needed to complete our garage packages.

Insulating Package:
Includes all ceiling and wall batt insulation and 6mm poly vapour barrier required to insulate our garage packages.

Raingoods Package:
Includes all eavestrough, downspouts and required accessories.

Vinyl Siding Package:
Includes all siding and accessories required.

Soffit and Fascia Package:
Includes all soffit, fascia and required accessories.
